Le Papagayo is always the place for Mother’s Day and Easter! Le Papagayo will be serving an All-You-Can-Eat Buffet on Easter and Mother’s Day with serving stations at their Carlsbad location! There will also be an a la carte menu. The Leucadia location will be serving a condensed regular menu.

Le Papagayo is one of the few restaurants that actually expanded during the pandemic by opening its very successful second location in Carlsbad Village. Their newest restaurant is being built on Hwy 101 in Encinitas and is scheduled to open in 2026. The Carlsbad restaurant is spectacular, with live music nightly, and is always busy. It has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, many new large flat screen TVs, a bustling long bar, great food, and a live music stage. Locals love the outdoor patio seating and the wonderful award-winning cuisine.
