Encinitas Cruise Nights return to Downtown Encinitas for two remaining events on Thursday, August 20 and Thursday, September 17, 2026.
From 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM, classic cars, hot rods, imported automobiles, custom vehicles and iconic Woodies line South Coast Highway 101 and nearby streets. The free community event also features live music, local car clubs and themed vehicle displays.

Encinitas Cruise Night takes place along South Coast Highway 101 in Downtown Encinitas, primarily between D Street and K Street. Additional vehicles and music may be located on nearby side streets and around the Encinitas 101 MainStreet Association office.

Visitors can begin near D Street and walk south along Highway 101 to explore the vehicle displays, music locations and surrounding downtown businesses.
Classic Cars, Car Clubs and Live Music
Each Cruise Night features a different collection of classic, custom and specialty vehicles. Displays may include restored American classics, European and Japanese imports, sports cars, electric vehicles, vintage trucks, hot rods and traditional Southern California Woodies.
The August 20 event features North County Cruisers, Locals Car Club, Samurai Club and a Porsche Night display. Blame Betty and The Linda Berry Band are scheduled to provide live music.
The September 17 season finale includes North County Cruisers, Locals Car Club, Tesla vehicles and a special Woodies Night display. Tower 7 is scheduled to perform, with additional music to be announced.
Admission and Vehicle Display
Encinitas Cruise Night is free and open to the public. No ticket is required to view the cars or enjoy the live music.
There is also no standard fee for displaying an eligible vehicle in the public Cruise Night areas. Every participating car is eligible for event awards.
Public display parking for classic vehicles is available along South Coast Highway 101 between D Street and J Street. Reserved spaces on F Street, G Street and H Street are permit-only areas for scheduled car clubs and event participants.
Parking and Arrival
Parking in Downtown Encinitas is limited during Cruise Night, so visitors are encouraged to arrive early.
