Founded in 1932, the Festival of the Arts organization remains steadfast in its commitment to ensuring that the arts can be enjoyed by everyone. The Pageant of the Masters is a world-renowned 90-minute theatrical production in Laguna Beach, California, featuring tableaux vivants (living pictures). Real people are intricately costumed, made up, and posed within life-size sets to faithfully recreate famous classical and contemporary artworks. Held nightly in summer, it features a live orchestra and narration.
