Known as one of southern California’s premier summer destinations, the Del Mar Racetrack once again sets the scene for the summer horse racing season. Big stakes at Del Mar means big rewards and the 2026 stakes schedule is no exception. The 87th summer season features over 31 race days at the seaside oval.
One of the big events this year is the Taste of New Orleans with live music, Cajun cuisine, and themed drinks. Sponsored by Bacardi, the Taste of New Orleans is a classic celebration happening on August 15.
$40 tickets include race track admission and racing program, 5 New Orleans-themed drink samples, exclusive trackside viewing area, Cajun cuisine (for purchase), and live music. This event requires an advanced paid ticket!
