12th Annual Viva La Vida, Santa Ana
November 7, 3-10pm
Viva La Vida, “Live The Life” is Santa Ana’s Dia de Los Muertos Festival. This very special annual community event includes alter building where community members pay tribute to loved ones by building beautiful alters “ofrendas” adorned with photos, flowers, special food, memorabilia, and candles. Each item holds a special meaning and significance.
The streets of Santa Ana will be lined with beautiful memories! As the day turns to night, La Catrina emerges among a procession visiting each alter, lighting the first candle in a beautiful ceremony.
Enjoy live cultural entertainment, and food throughout the day. The festivities take place between E 5th Street, French Street, E 4th Street and Main Street, Santa Ana. Please visit www.vivalavidasantaana.org/
